Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies affecting 2026+ markets
- Architect scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative impact analysis for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in future-facing technology deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading high-stakes strategy workshops with C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required portfolio submission)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Weak Signal Analysis)
