- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technology architectures
- Represent company at global innovation summits and tech conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or corporate foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
