- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for partnership opportunities
- Design and monitor KPIs for innovation maturity and strategic adaptation
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and societal trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
