- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions for emerging markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors to amplify foresight capabilities
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
