- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients anticipating 5-year industry transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing insights from quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Author predictive intelligence briefs for C-suite executives on societal and economic shifts
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio allocating resources to moonshot projects
- Represent Horizon Labs at global future-tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption patterns (2018-2025 validation required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
