Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Conduct market research on disruptive technologies and competitive landscape analysis
- Design and implement foresight frameworks to anticipate societal and industrial shifts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or research environments
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
