Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with future market disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Design and implement pilot programs for futuristic concepts (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
