Our San Francisco headquarters incubates moonshot projects in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable ecosystems. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global thought leaders to develop next-generation frameworks for exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption across enterprise sectors
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate global thought leadership summits on future-of-work paradigms
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Publish industry white papers on disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to enterprise implementation
