Your insights will directly shape our product roadmap, investment strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business operations and product development
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, marketing, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders and translate insights into actionable strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
