Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and competitive threats
- Design and implement innovation ecosystems across global business units
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
