- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design and implement organizational innovation culture initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
