- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for multi-year strategic initiatives across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture labs to scout breakthrough innovations
- Design and implement foresight methodologies to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence and market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
