Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions
- Produce foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
