Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in technology-driven organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or similar institution) preferred
