Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economic, and social domains to identify disruptive forces by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations on future trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience facilitating C-suite strategy sessions for enterprise clients
