- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging quantum and bio-integration solutions

- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable systems domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, SWOT analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
