Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to map 5-year innovation horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-ready products and services
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Deliver high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning workshops for stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Experience with AI-driven innovation tools and foresight methodologies
