- Lead cross-functional prototyping teams to validate futuristic concepts in controlled environments
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused enterprise strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
