What You'll Achieve:

- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging technology adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future-state visions to stakeholders and investors
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technology radar maps for emerging innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, robotics, and sustainable tech sectors
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and boards
- Lead strategic projects targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies
- Author thought leadership on industry disruption trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive innovations
- Exceptional scenario planning and forecasting abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work or speaking engagements on future trends
