Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and trend forecasting to identify disruptive market shifts
- Partner with product teams to incubate and launch breakthrough solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab team of futurists and technologists
- Curate thought leadership content to position company as industry futurist authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in past 5 years
