- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026+ product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals and conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation leaders
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and market disruption preparedness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
