- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable innovation
- Author quarterly trend reports and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy
- Represent company at global forums on technology ethics and long-term societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis frameworks
