Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with demonstrated impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
