Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for volatile futures
- Present trend forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive foresight tools using VR/AR for client innovation sessions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging business paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Experience with emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Futures School preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
