Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready innovation strategies
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Design ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technological deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
