Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive concepts for 2026 market readiness
- Design innovation frameworks that integrate AI ethics, sustainable technologies, and human-centric design principles
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms and their societal impact
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their ethical implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
