Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Create compelling future narratives through white papers, executive briefings, and thought leadership content
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on long-term value creation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation journals or major industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
