Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen business models and customer experiences
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and executive briefings
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment and adoption lifecycle modeling
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience developing enterprise-level innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
