Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and long-term planning
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for market entry and product development
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead our 2026+ Innovation Lab focusing on sustainable tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
