Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build resilient 5-year roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership on exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Design and launch innovation incubators for emerging technologies (AI ethics, biocomputing, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with data-driven narrative construction
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic implementations
