Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product strategies
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and emerging startups
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and manage innovation incubators for high-impact projects
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
