Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
