Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, climate tech, or AI ethics
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on disruption preparedness
- Fluency in futures mapping methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable ROI
