Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies in our state-of-the-art Innovation Lab
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist research
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic modeling
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
