Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, IoT, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications and patents in emerging technology domains
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing government grants for experimental technology projects
