- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubators focused on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technology adoption and ROI
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching scalable technology products with global impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
