Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic investment opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical capabilities into market-ready innovations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-generation technologies
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation fields
