Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
