Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and the board of directors
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Oversee the development of technology governance frameworks for ethical implementation
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, industry forums, and public speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis
