Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling agile teams across multiple innovation centers
- Certified in Technology Foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
