Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in systems architecture for distributed networks and quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience securing federal/state grants for climate technology R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three scalable tech commercializations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling tools
