Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and market teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market disruption forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
