Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology strategy focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market demands
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI, etc.) and assess business impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG goals and global market expansion
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab focused on exponential technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, blockchain infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international markets
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good frameworks
