Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and opportunities
- Design future-proof architectures for scalable, secure, and sustainable digital ecosystems
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and risk assessment
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder relationships
- Published thought leadership or patents in technology strategy or innovation management
- Certification in technology foresight, innovation management, or strategic planning (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
