Responsibilities
- Lead research and scenario planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of technology innovators and research partners
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term technology planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify future market opportunities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business strategy
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
