Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and market impact metrics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Proven track record launching futuristic products (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum/AI/biotech
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- PMP or similar innovation certification preferred
