- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading tech startups, research labs, and academic institutions
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and technology portfolio management
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three disruptive tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/MBA
- Exceptional data analysis and market research capabilities
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or technology management
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation programs from concept to market
