Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026 product portfolio, aligning with market trends and R&D breakthroughs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate prototype-to-production cycles
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies in emerging tech domains
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to investors and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least one commercialized technology product
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from lab to market
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy) a plus
