Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments and accelerate time-to-market
- Analyze competitive landscapes and anticipate disruptive forces affecting industry evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops to foster collaborative ideation and solution development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology Management, or equivalent)
