Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor a high-performing innovation team while fostering a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-making
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Sloan)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
